Harris has been awarded the prestigious HITEC 100 award in 2016, 2018 – 2024, which spotlights Hispanic technology professionals who inspire and advocate for technology careers. She has also served as Co-Chair of the HITEC Advisory Board from 2018 to 2020 and currently sits on the HITEC Board of Directors. Harris’ impact within HITEC is evident through her strategic leadership, active participation in events, and her pivotal role in various committees and initiatives aimed at uplifting the HITEC community.

Jesus Mantas has built a distinguished career in technology, with a long-standing track record of supporting and nurturing innovation. He has served on the HITEC Board of Directors since 2021. Mantas has been a passionate steward of the organization’s mission, leading in its strategic initiatives and spearheading the 2022 Fall Leadership Summit hosted at IBM. Mantas has been awarded the HITEC 100 several years in a row, from 2019 – 2023, and presented with the Estrella Award in 2022, a prestigious honor that recognizes an individual whose leadership, integrity, and dedication have contributed to the advancement of technology.
