  • Indie fans value a sense of humor above everything else, while fans of K-Pop rate faithfulness as their number one priority.
  • Honesty fails to make the top three wishes for lovers of Folk, Christian or Soul music while ambition makes the top three desires for lovers of Pop, Rap and Dance.
  • Fans of Acoustic, Pop and Alternative Hip-Hop include charisma in their top five wants, while lovers of Contemporary Country, Classical and Alternate Rock rank calmness within their top three most valued attributes.
The study also highlights how your favorite music genres can influence your chances of landing a date, revealing the most and least attractive genres to potential partners.

Indie fans claimed the top spot as the most popular singles, followed by K-Pop (2nd), Pop (3rd), Latin (4th), and Folk fans (5th). At the other end of the spectrum, Big Room (38th), Drill (37th), Dubstep (36th), Hardcore (35th), and Metal fans (34th) are least likely to find love.

‘Today’s research underscores the universal power of melodies to shape and reflect identity’ said Paul Rider from SALT. ‘Whether it’s the heartfelt lyrics of Soul or the energetic beats of Dance music, each genre carries a unique set of values which reveals our innermost desires in a partner. ‘These insights are a testament to music’s ability to bring out the best in us, offering a deeper understanding of how what we listen to shapes who we are.’
Other key insights from the research reveal that:
  • Fans of Indie music value a good sense of humor, emotional maturity, and honesty as their top three traits in a partner. They are deeply empathetic and compassionate, making them thoughtful and reliable companions.
  • K-Pop enthusiasts prioritize faithfulness, commitment, and honesty. Their cheerful and approachable nature reflects emotional maturity and empathy.
  • Country music listeners are looking for loyalty, faithfulness, and compassion. They value commitment and honesty, showcasing a deep sense of tradition and connection.
  • R&B fans want to be with someone with good communication, ambition, and emotional authenticity. Their playlists reveal a strong focus on faithfulness, honesty, and intimate relationships.
  • The improvisational spirit of Jazz resonates with those who value ambition, emotional maturity, and commitment. Jazz lovers are known for their honesty and adaptability.
  • Dance and EDM fans thrive on calmness, ambition, and commitment, complementing their passion for energy-filled experiences and meaningful goals.

Situated on Columbus Circle, in close proximity to New York’s premier cultural centers, Intermusica New York aims to enhance the company’s presence across North America and foster closer relationships with US and Canadian artists, ensembles, and venues.

As part of this expansion, Intermusica New York has integrated the New York-based boutique agency Wittenberg Artists, whose founder, Martin Wittenberg, will lead the growth of the new company as its Director, reporting to Intermusica’s Founder and Chief Executive, Stephen Lumsden and Joint Head of Artist Management, Aimee Chow, with additional strategic guidance from Intermusica’s Non-Executive Chair, Deborah Borda. Also joining the company will be Associate Artist Manager, Rachel Feldhaus.

Kevin Brown of FanCircles believes that multi-artist platforms can pose challenges, as they may dilute the artist’s brand and weaken the direct connection between artists and their fans.

All of this contributes to a unified “home” for everything related to the artist, from exclusive content to merchandise and pre-sale tickets, providing fans with a comprehensive and immersive experience through their favorite artist’s own branded platform.

Moreover, artists retain full ownership of their fan relationships within their artist-branded platforms, allowing direct-to-fan communication through email and, most importantly, push notifications. This ensures that artists can maintain a strong, direct connection with their audience at all times, even when they are on the road. The platform also includes live video streaming capabilities, allowing artists to “go live” from their iPhone whenever they want, similar to Instagram Live, with interactive fan-to-artist and fan-to-fan features.

Another key component of artist-branded platforms is user-generated content (UGC), offering fans a space to share their thoughts, photos, and videos, further enhancing community engagement. Additionally, the platform is designed with ease of use in mind, especially for artists who are constantly on the move. Artist admin features are streamlined, and there are even tour manager logins to alleviate pressure on the artist. ‘Silent unknown’ is a London based artist who after going through several different paths and walks of life came to the conclusion that there is nothing better in this life but ‘JESUS CHRIST’. before giving his life to ‘CHRIST’ Silent unknown was a typical product of his environment. On this latest release ‘Silent unknown’ takes worship to a completely different level. With most of this project being independently branded, produced, published, distributed and  edited by himself; this completely changes the system of the music industry taking things to another level. ‘Silent unknown’ is determined to show the world there is a better way than selling yourself short. 

Instead of doing what everyone else is doing ‘Silent unknown’ believes self sufficiency is the key to having your own freedom as an artist. This shows true intelligence from the young congolese british national. The track listing consists of 7 songs all together about 21 minutes long. This project is due to be released with a following of another 2 Music video which will stream on Youtube; including ‘Soundtrack 2’ “STRONG” following up with ‘Soundtrack 3’ “STORM”. 

The first music video is reaching those battling with deep depression and sadness encouraging them to keep on fighting. While the second video is giving the ‘weak’ in this world pointers of who to look to for strength; This cinematic video goes beyond creativity into a different form of artistry never seen before.

The third and final video is a revolutionary landmark with emotional heart felt lyrics and movie-like visuals. From uncontrollable bad behavior to entrepreneur, this regular church goer and worshiper of ‘JESUS CHRIST’ gives all the credit to his maker. “Turning my life around would never have been possible until I submitted my life to ‘CHRIST’.” 

Now he prepares to make waves all through the industry and turn the tables upside down. When asked what ‘IN SPIRIT + TRUTH’ means to him he responded it represents worshiping ‘JESUS CHRIST’ the creator and author of life in true in depth sincerity of heart while expressing ones self in the truest form; this isn’t just music for this young man this is his life.
